Backnang/Stuttgart – Thomas Hahn (Team Mauer`s baik schopp) wird Deutscher Meister im Duathlon in der Alterklasse Senioren 2. Der routinierte Sportler von 3athlon.org e.V. legte den Grundstein für seinen Erfolg mit der zweitbesten Zeit auf der Radstrecke und einer sehr guten Laufleistung mit der drittbesten Zeit für die ersten 10 Kilometer. Diese Renntaktik verschaffte dem Kasseler somit den nötigen Vorsprung vor seinen unmittelbaren Verfolgern, um über die Distanzen von 10 km Laufen, 40 km Rad fahren und 5km Laufen mit knapp 24 Sekunden Vorsprung ins Ziel zu gelangen. (2:03:59, 1. Lauf 0:37:00, Rad 1:06:14, 2. Lauf 0:20:44).

Kassel – Stefan Rechsteiner (26:25) erreicht beim 32. Kaufunger Silvesterlauf über 7,7km einen guten 9. Platz. David Reetz, ebenfalls Mitglied der 1. Mannschaft kann beim 21. Silverlauf der Stadt Gütersloh mit 34:38 auf 10km ebenfalls mit einem 11. Platz überzeugen.

3athlon.org Kassel e.V. (Shorthand 3athlon.org e.V. or 3athlon.org) is a voluntary, nationwide, politically independant, non-profit organisation based in Kassel, Germany, dedicated to promoting and developing triathlon and triathlon related sports eg. Duathlon in german speaking regions.

2. What are our targets?
We would like to promote triathlon and other triathlon related sports amongst interested parties and approximate these as an alternative for a lifelong, healthy and sociable way of recreation.
